We are able to represent our clients in cases involving claims of 1.4 million yen or less, such as “the borrower will not return the money lent,” “the buyer will not pay the purchase price,” “the renter will not pay the rent,” etc., and we are able to argue, mediate, and settle such disputes on behalf of our clients.
Outside of court, we can also negotiate settlements with the other party as an attorney, and provide advice on cases with contentious issues.
