• M&A transactions mobilizing LBO loans with funds as the client (preparation of documents for corporate decisions on acquisition vehicle special-purpose companies, procedures related to registration, licensing and approval, the Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act, Antimonopoly Act, etc.)
