Disbursement
In addition to professional fees, you may be required to bear the actual expenses required for revenue stamp fees, registration and license taxes, postage stamps, transportation and communication expenses, accommodation fees, security deposits, storage deposits, deposits with official depositories, and other administrative expenses.
Consultation fee
Initial consultation is free.
We also accept consultations that you are thinking of preparing and submitting documents by yourself, but only want advice and checks on how to proceed.
The consultation fee is basically 10,000 yen (excluding tax) per hour and 5,000 yen (excluding tax) every 30 minutes thereafter, but we can flexibly respond to your budget, etc., so please contact us for details.
You do not need to pay a consultation fee in addition to the professional fee when we act as an agent for the procedures.
