Professional Compensation Fees

1. We will explain or inform you of the estimated amount of professional compensation fees or the method of calculating thereof in advance.

2. The amount of professional compensation fees will be calculated based on (1) the economic benefit received by the client, (2) the complexity of the case, (3) the time and effort required for processing, and other specific circumstances.

Actual Expenses

In addition to our professional compensation, clients may also be asked to assume the actual expenses of revenue stamps, registration and license taxes, postage stamps, transportation and communications, accommodations, security deposits, storage deposits, deposits with official depositories, and other costs related to administrative processing.

Consultation Fees

The consultation fee for providing legal advice rendered for individual cases will be charged on a case-by-case basis.

Initial consultations concerning the general procedure, inquiries that can be discussed in general terms, and similar elementary inquiries are free of charge.
